This is a list of basic help pages for software used by EECS. This list is not complete -- please add (or ask about) software not in this list. Some of the software in this list (as indicated) has restricted licensing.
These pages should give:
- availability of software in labs and to students
- just enough help to get you started using the software
- location of the full documentation
- differences specific to the local systems relevant to this software
- general notes by local users about the software that are difficult to find or not otherwise in the full documentation
This is intended to be a complete list of all software available, but it is likely that many packages have been left out. (See the discussion page for software that is known to be left out.)
