Create equivalences between accounts

Note: this procedure is automatic for all versions of Rocks.

• Create the public and private keys for your account:

ssh-keygen -t rsa

• append the public key to the remote account(s) by appending the contents of ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub on the local machine to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
